FROM ATLANTA [approx. 3 hour drive]:  Take 85 to 985 to Hwy 441.  Past  Dillsboro NC intersection and merge right onto Hwy 23-74 toward Waynesville NC.  In Waynesville take Exit 102-B [Maggie Valley Exit], go approximately 1.3 miles [Dellwood Road] to large intersection [Hwy 276 and Hwy 19]; turn left toward Maggie Valley on Hwy 19-S; go approx. 2 - 3 miles to next traffic light at intersection of Hwy 19-S and 276-N; stay straight on Hwy 19-S [now Soco Road] for exactly 4.0 miles to VIP Realty on left [brick office two doors past the Maggie Valley Town Hall and Diamond K Ranch sign]

FROM KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE:  Take I-40 East to Exit 20 - Take Hwy 276  off Exit 20 for approx. 6 miles - bear right at interesection of Hwy 19 & 276N toward Maggie Valley - Go exactly 4 miles to VIP Realty on left - 2 doors past Town Hall.  [approx. 1.5 hour drive]

FROM JACKSONVILLE:  Take I-95 to I-26 to I-40 - Follow Asheville Directions above.   [approx. 7 hour drive]

Our address of 4041 was derived from the actual driving distance from the intersection of Hwy 19-S & 276-N to our driveway entry on left on Soco Road [exactly 4.041 miles].   Great info to know in finding MLS listings by address.
