Another warmer day in Maggie Valley!

The temperatures are finally climbing.   WNC has certainly had the highest amount of snowfall and cold temperatures that our real estate area has had in years.   I am a native and I truly can't ever remember a winter like this one.   But Spring is around the corner and I can tell our 40 - 50 degree weather this week has arrived with  a cheerful welcome from all of the real estate agents in Maggie Valley, Waynesville and WNC!!   So now instead of skiing at Cataloochee Ski Resort or tubing at Tube World, let's look at one of the terrific real estate deals.   So call email me today at 1wncrealtor@gmail.com or joann@vipnc.com.    Thanks again for previewing vipnc.com.
